Maribel Chavez, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Maribel Chavez, PA-CMaribel Chavez is a tenured certified Physician Assistant. A Physician Assistant’s education is modeled after that of a physician’s education, therefore, in collaboration with her physician, she can provide almost all the clinical services that physicians provide, including performing physical exams, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications. Maribel has received individualized training concerning otolaryngology that includes sinonasal and head and neck disorders for patients of all ages. As a result, she can provide a broad range of diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, and health maintenance services.

Maribel attended the University of Texas at El Paso and moved to Indianapolis, Indiana to further her studies where she graduated from Butler University. At Butler University she obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. As a native Texan, her heart ached for Texas, so she returned home shortly after graduation.

It has always been her pleasure to treat patients of all ages as she strives to deliver the health care she would expect for her family or herself. Maribel is fluent in Spanish and enjoys her leisurely time with her family and her dogs. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening and relaxing by the beach.
